The restaurant offers a delightful selection of mouthwatering cuisine from India's great royal kitchens, all based on the idea of eating fresh, seasonal vegetables in perfect harmony with nature. Following the principles of Ayurveda, a large portion of the food served is seasonal and follows the perfect balance of flavours. They have a seasonal feast called Vasant Ritu Thali that includes sarsapa raita, hari marish stambhita, mewa paneer, krishnatul alu, kadali badaam kofta, dal soya makhana, shatawari maarmik, chakkai gattae, pithi poori, hari mirch puulika, ajwaini roti, panasaphal pulao, mewa halwa, and Shahiphal sandesh.
