The staff are well behaved. Rooms and bathrooms are kept clean and maintain Hygiene. They even organize trips to north Sikkim covering all the places according to your requirements. From cabs to cars everything is available and organized for you and your travel group. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy. They have about 10 rooms and can even organize more rooms for bigger group. Rooms has needed amenities like mirror, big bed, tv, hot water, cloths storage etc.
