Remember Stardom? That popular cafe on Elgin Road? Well, they've shifted base to Salt Lake (in place of The Steak Factory) and the new look is even better and much improved from the previous one!
The place is divided into three sections - outdoor seating, hookah section with floor seating, and a fine dining area for families. Aditya, the owner, has retained the whole earthy, green and soothing vibe of the place with grass carpets in the outdoor area and potted plants in jute bags on the side walls inside. There's a lot more variety in food as well with non-vegetarian dishes also finding a place on the menu. Enjoy a wide selection of Italian, Chinese, North Indian, and Continental food.
Opt for the Classic Burger - potato and corn patty topped with tomato, cucumber, onion and lettuce and served with dips. We also loved the Mac N Cheese as well as the Cannelloni - stuffed veggies in assorted sauce and parmesan cheese. Prawn lover? Try the Grilled Prawn with Lemon Butter Sauce - stirred in olive oil and lemon juice. The Kebab Platter is another dish we'd recommend - consists of chicken tikka, tandoori murg, fish tikka murg and malai tikka served with a spicy sauce.
Looking to try some mocktails? Do not miss out on the Paan Mint Webs (fresh paan, mint, orange and aerated water) and Sun Rise (orange crush, lime juice, peach and apricot crush topped with sparkling water). They've also got mojito in a all kinds of flavours as well as tea and coffee options if that's what you prefer.
