If you are too broke to go Vietnam, or don't have time, then just get to Sly Fox, the fine-dining bar and kitchen at Sector V. They have a special menu for the Nom Nom Vietnom food festival that is on till the end of September. And it's all to celebrate their first anniversary! The menu features cocktails, appetisers, mains and desserts. Five Spice Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Fiery Chicken Wings are some of the appetisers to choose from as you sip on Red Lotus, a vodka based tipple with cranberry juice and lychee puree or La Lot, an unusual paan-based drink with gin. Among the mains, the Turmeric Fish paired with steamed rice settles smoothly on the palette. Vegetarians can try the Kala Hin Curry - veggies cooked in coconut milk with red chillies and tamarind.
Keep space for Pan Bang Red Velvet Cookies that is a cookie filled with marshmallow and raspberry served with ice cream.
