After a fire burnt down their workshop into ashes a few years ago, the brand rebuilt it from scratch using those burnt remains to create magic!
The Burnt Soul's designs celebrate Indian culture, heritage and craftsmanship. The designs are stylish, ethically produced, handcrafted and statement put together by skilled artisans with a whole lot of passion and love. Each piece tells a story having drawn inspiration from the local art and craft found across the country. Find a wide range of apparel and accessories for women as well as soy wax candles, cushions, table mats and napkins to do up your home and dinner table.
I love their collection of dresses, kurtas and dupattas - colourful, chic and comfortable. I found a collarless striped kurta in handloom cotton with button detailing and a split at the hemline to enhance the loose fit of the outfit - perfect for a brunch date with the squad. Another piece I love is the hand-block printed midi dress with cotton lining, puffed sleeves and yellow sequins on the yoke and hemline - easy-breezy, flowy and comfortable.
But if it's home accessories you're looking for, then we would definitely recommend the scented candles made of soy wax (uplifts the mood as well as the whole ambience of your room or living space) and the vibrant cushion covers. The candles come in metallic vessels and are available in two fragrances (Mandarin Lime and Harvest Berries). They make for great gift ideas too!
