We found a new 'knight's kitchen' in town and it's nothing short of paradise for food lovers.
Run by Chef Rishabh Law, The Knight's Kitchen is a home kitchen that boasts of a scrumptious spread of gourmet food delivered right at your doorstep. From pizzas and burgers to kebabs and curries, this kitchen cooks it all. I tried the Knight's Hefty Burger and Rajma Galouti Kebabs and absolutely loved it! The burger's got a home-style potato or chicken patty with caramelised onions and cheese and served with crisps (keep those tissues handy!) while the kebabs were soft with just the right amount of spices.
The Mushroom Allemande with Herbed Rice Pilaf, and Mushroom Ragout and Cheese Chicken Roulade come in highly recommended if you're a mushroom person. They also do breakfast platters and sinful desserts like Tiramisu and Shahi Tukda. The Paneer or Chicken Korma Stuffed Biryani Bombs is quite a cool take on the city's favourite dish. It's topped with fresh mint leaves and fried onions and served with a chilli raita.
There's so much to choose from that a single order just isn't enough.
