Spread Some Early Xmas Joy: Gift A Toy To A Child In Need At This Drive Starting Today

Spread a little cheer to the kids who need it most by donating to the annual toy drive organised by city-based NGO Responsible Charity. It is flagging off today.

Want to give away your childhood toys {or your kids’/ nephew’s / niece’s old toys} a new life while helping other children and decluttering your home at the same time?

Responsible Charity is holding its annual toy drive and you can help bring smiles into the faces of children in need throughout the city.  Here’s how you can help — you can either buy a new toy or donate one that is in excellent condition for children aged 3-12 years. It could be dolls, cars, trucks, puzzles, card games, building blocks, anything at all.

Write a personal greeting for the girl or boy in English, Hindi or Bengali and the team of volunteers at Responsible Charity will personally gift wrap each toy and read and hand over your note to each child at the time of delivery.

They are also collecting toys until December 20th and will begin distribution of all toys collected from the 22nd of December until the 31st.

There are a number of locations just waiting for you to donate toys in good shape to children who will love playing with them. They are collecting the toys until December 20, after which they will distribute the toys during Christmas, from December 22 to 31.
