Uncle Tom’s Kitchen is run by a husband-wife duo, Akhil Bandhu and Kakoli Bandyopadhyay, in south Kolkata. They have four thalis – vegetarian, chicken, fish and mutton. A typical thali offers basmati rice, dal, fries, and one vegetable dish. You can also treat your tummy and feast on Doi Potol, Bekti Paturi, Mutton Kasha and Chicken Korma.
