Warli Alphabets With Art Rickshaw

What's Happening?

Ever heard of Warli Art? Well, it's one of the oldest forms of Indian folk art with origins in the Warli region of Maharashtra. Keen on trying your hand at it? Then, sign up for this workshop.

LBB, along with Art Rickshaw, presents to you a Warli Art workshop on Saturday, November 7, where you learn to create the English alphabets using this ancient art form. Warli art uses geometric shapes like circles, triangles and squares to depict the life and beliefs of the Warli tribe. In this workshop, Shriya (the artist) will use different shapes and motifs common to the art form, to create a series of interesting typography.

All you need is a pen and paper.
