It takes a real coffee fiend to know one, and if you've seen us one too many times in Zee's Coffeeshop you'd know why this cafe is a special spot to hit in the city. The drool-worthy desserts and pies aside, we hit here mostly to have our perfect cuppa joe (to slay the deadline demon) because there's nowhere else that serves a good red eye or a fabulous cortado in the city.
Excitingly, Zee's Coffeeshop is turning one today, and Zareen (the power lady who's loving called Zee's) is inviting all city folks to drop by in the cafe for a special something to raise toast to on this special occasion! None of the usual fru-fru drinks, Zee's got complimentary hot chocolate shots and cookies for every one say 'yay' and celebrate their first anniversary.
Only for today, the cafe will remain open from noon to midnight and instead of the usual dessert of the day there'll be more than 10 of Zee's popular baked goodies for takes. Signature banoffee pies to dark chocolate tart with sea salt, apple cinnamon crumble, coffee cake, eclairs - these and more will be there to give us a heady sugar rush, and we plan to tame it with her brill coffee.
