I recently had the opportunity to learn basic pastries from a certain chef at a workshop I attended at Westin and let me tell you one thing, this chef was extremely keen to pass on his tips and tricks to amateurs like us. His enthusiasm to teach and his hunger for knowledge makes him not only a good chef but a great human being to learn from. With an experience of 18 years, he now heads the pastry shop of Westin, Pune.
