Tatva has impressed me by its beautiful decor and excellent food. The ambience would give you a royal feeling. They have a small garden along with a small fountain outside the restaurant where people can wait outside. They have ample seating capacity including the ground floor, first floor and second floor. Staff are very courteous. Their service is very fast. They also offer a breakfast buffet every day at a very cheap rate.
Started with some Mocktails. All the Mocktails were refreshing. Also tried milkshakes, out of which I liked the KitKat shake a lot.
In Hot Soups:
Tom Kha: It was very refreshing. It had Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Coconut Milk and many more ingredients. It was very fresh. The flavour of coconut enhanced its taste. A must-try the soup!
Tulsi Bell Pepper Corn: It was also very good in taste. It had sweet corn, bell peppers, basil leaves.
In Starters:
Coriander Paneer Chilli: As the name suggests, it had a lot of chillies. The entire dish looked green in colour and it was served with cabbage salad. It had an ample amount of Paneer pieces.
Mozzarella Cheese Stick: It was well fried and crispy outside. It had an ample amount of cheese inside. The combination of cheesiness and crispness was perfect.
Aloo ki Nazakat: It had potato ring stuffed with potato mixed with Cottage cheese, nuts and spices. It was grilled in a clay oven and then served. It was a little crispy outside and had a great stuffing inside. A must recommended dish for veg lovers.
In Main Course:
Pink lady Pasta: It had baby corn, bell peppers, black olives and other veggies. It was served with garlic bread. The taste was amazing. The sauce was awesome.
Paneer Koliwada Masala: Rectangular shaped Paneer pieces were fried and served with a thick gravy. The gravy was perfectly cooked and it went well with laccha paratha. Paneer pieces were soft. It can easily fill the hungry tummy of two people.
Dal Tadka: I liked this a lot as it had a homely taste. It had toor dal and was cooked well. It gave me a nostalgic feeling.
Veg Nizami Biryani: It can serve two people easily. It had long grain rice with a lot of veggies. Rice was properly cooked.
Finally, step down towards desserts:
Gulab Jamun with Rabdi: It had a nice taste as the gulab jamuns were baked and served with rabdi. The combination of Gulab Jamuns along with the rabdi was fabulous. It looked attractive too.
Kulfi Falooda: It looked colourful and the taste was excellent. It had rose syrups, vermicelli, basil seeds, ice cream. Every bite had its charm.
Malpua with Rabdi: It was the best combination. The texture of malpua was excellent. The malpua was soft and the rabdi was delicious.
Overall, it was a pleasant visit.
