She told us that 80 per cent of the ingredients used in her dishes are organic. She also hosts healthy Sunday brunches once every month starting at INR 1000 per person. The menu is pre-designed by her and you can get your gang of 10 or 12 people to enjoy it.
Some of her specialties include beetroot rosemary hummus, vegan vegetable ricotta cheese, ragi/jowar uttapam, gluten-free smoked chicken pizza etc. We absolutely love her vegan Thai curries, where she replaces rice with zucchini noodles. For desserts, we are excited about her mango mint sorbet popsicle.
The next time you are feeling hungry, dial her up. Her prices depend upon the nature of the dish. Non-veg thalis are prices at INR 1800, breakfast and snacks catering ranges between INR 800 to INR 1000.
