I recently attempted to pen down my Biryani experience with “Aroma's Hyderabad House”
It appears this establishment is in no state of mind to stop and have extended themselves crosswise over Pune with 7 outlets, of which I visited their very recently inaugurated one in Viman Nagar.
On Ambience:
On a humorous note, not even a single colour from the colour palette is left behind. You name the shade and you can find it! Although on serious note few may love and few may dislike however it can't be overlooked.
With the huge seating plan, the essential target audience is by all accounts of the corporate divisions.
On Service:
Few staff members seem to be still struggling(with an understanding that it's an extremely new one), rest they appear to be helpful and accessible whenever.
On Food:
I was simply going through the glossy (Photoprint) menu card, "Spicy Chicken Tandoori Leg” got my sight not due to the name but rather because of the cost factor (Rs. 249) for Half (1/2). What's more, I wager my coin and put in the request for this!
And what, my oh my, what I was believing was altogether negated, the served portion was more than enough for a person, and on taste, a big, flavorful chicken tandoori leg that you feel good about eating!
They serve biryani in 4 size portions ( Regular, Large, Jumbo and KG's bit). I favoured "Aroma's Special Chicken Biryani" with a regular serve.
Taste: The fragrance of biryani was already signalling me that my biryani was about to reach my table, served piping hot in typical Clay Pot. Rice quality is by all accounts great, but the chicken pieces seemed to be less. In short, it wasn't that incredible but it does make you lick your fingers till the last bite!
