Cake mixing is a ritual that follows a definite process of putting the elaborate ingredients together, mixing them and then waiting till the mixture is ready for baking and distributing to friends, family and relatives. It has its own history and over time, has become an inseparable part of Western culture and Christmas celebrations.
In order to welcome the holiday season Radisson, Hinjewadi had organised a cake mixing. I was one of the lucky ones to be invited. The actual event was held at their rooftop restaurant named Over the top. The table was set very beautifully with all the dried fruits and various types of alcohols. They served a variety appetizers including sushi, kebabs, peta-watermelon, waffle sandwiches, ets. Loved every single one of them. There was a live counter which was serving stir fried rice and noodle. There were at least 4-5 types of desserts being served. I loved the brownie the most.
Overall a really funfilled experience. The staff is very welcoming. P.S. You need to visit this place ASAP.
