Shizusan, the Southeast Asian Shophouse & Bar, is introducing a special menu for all those that drool at the thought of sushi. The Travelling Sushi festival begins on the 11th of July and will have world-inspired delicacies created by Chef Paul Kinny.

What’s awesome is that the 8 special maki rolls specially prepared by the chef will have modifications that are inspired by food from around the globe. Making things even better, they promise to add a surprise element in each of them, so you’re sure to be left ecstatic!
They have a number of options up, one of the interesting vegetarian sushi on the menu is the Greek Maki, for carnivores, the menu features the Jamaican Roll and there are other region inspired sushi variants such as the Srilankan Roll, the Pecking Duck, the Mediterranean Roll and more.

The ingredients used include activated charcoal, avocado, snow peas, which shows that this new menu lives up to all the recent food trends! So be prepared to be blown away!
