Little Italy has brought in a chef from Italy to teach you all you need to know about Italian cooking. Be part of a masterclass on cooking Italian dishes and pasta making hosted by Chef Andrea. Participants will be able to get first hand knowledge to learn more about Italian culture, cooking traditions and interacting with chef to get some tips for aspiring chefs. In the masterclass Chef Andrea will teach how to cook six famous dishes from his restaurant in Pescara, Italy. These are famous Italian vegetarian dishes which are famous from his region of abruzzo in central Italy. The masterclass will be followed by a special tasting of all the dishes cooked by chef himself and wine pairing with the dishes.
