What Makes It Awesome?

The name mainland China is famous for authentic Chinese cuisine!
Keeping that in mind you have to try their food to understand their culture. They use so many different techniques, vegetables and methods to cook the food you have at the facility. So many complex flavours simplified and presented beautifully on your plate.

This is a fancy place so you got to dress up for it. Flaunt your best jackets and shoes here cause the Ambience is so posh that you have to click so many selfies.

Now, you need to know how to eat your food with a chopsticks cause trust me it is difficult! If you know how to eat with that then you get brownie points on your date as she will be impressed with that. Yes, I have been on dates here and I have to say we had a good time. This place by far has never disappointed me and I have been going to this place for years.

Be sure to check out their Chinese new year menu before you order anything else cause this is going to be a short time thing.

Let's talk about their food:-

Was fortunate enough that when I visited the place, just so happens to time of their new year. I got to see so many different things they keep for the new year in their culture.

Here are the things I loved here:-
Can't go wrong mocktails -
Virgin blue lagoon
Watermelon & cilantro crush.
Forbidden punch glass.

Appetisers -
Stir-fried Japanese water chestnut made Hunan style!

Matchstick potatoes with truffle oil-
Here's the thing truffle oil is a rare delicacy cause, not every place has truffle oil as its very expensive. Crunchy potatoes tossed with celery, chillies and most imp - truffle oil.

Mains -
Stir-fried haricot beans with chillies and sesame.
Haricot beans - also known as navy beans, pearl beans are rarely made this beautifully along with chillies and sesame. Must-Try.

Singapore 🇸🇬 style fried noodles with scallions (kandhyachi paat Kalla ka). Singapore style food is usually never too spicy so this one is a no brainer for me as I don't like over spicy food I choose flavours over chillies. So if you want something flavorful and not spicy then this is for you.

My rating of the place -
Ambience 5/5
Food 5/5
Service 5/5
VFM 5/5
Overall 5/5
