A crossfit affiliate, Crossfit VYOM focuses on functional training, unlike conventional gyms. They run classes in one-hour batches in the morning and evening. Here, coaches guide you every step of the way, so your mobility, skills, etc. are totally taken care of, and there’s enough personal attention. Head Coach Nitheesh Ballal says that though people generally scared of HIIT, it’s scalable to anyone’s fitness level, and even untrained folk can learn from basic movements. Crossfit VYOM follows the process of teaching mechanics first, then adding intensity to it through scaling. Every day is a separate workout; the aim being to get you to do the movement until a physiological goal is achieved.
Timings: 6am – 10am and 6pm – 9pm from Monday to Friday; 10am – 12pm on Saturdays
