We started with their inhouse lemon and Peppermint Ice tea. Peppermint was my personal favourite.
Starters:
✓ Activated charcoal dimsums: if you love dimsums yet health-conscious, you gotta try this. Activated charcoal is very healthy as it removes toxins from the body. These dimsums has a distinct smoky after-taste.
✓ Mapo Baozi veg: Bun like shape filled with minced veggies or soy nuggets inside them. Goes well with spicy schezwan chutney.
✓ Chilly Basil Fish: A highly recommended dish. Fish cubes tossed in spicy and tangy basil sauce. Loved it.
✓ Chicken dimsums: properly steamed dimsums filled with minced chicken and veggies. Tasted good with chilli dip.
Main course:
✓ Khow suey: Noodles and soup made of coconut milk. I'm a big Khow suey lover so I felt the taste could have been better.
✓ Tom yum Fried rice: Fried rice base served with a fried egg poached on top.
The best part was ending the meal with their Chocolate wontons. Wontons sheets wrapped in chocolate and then fried. One of my favourite desserts.
Had a great time. Service was quick and the staff were courteous.
