It was my 5th visit at Dhaba Estd 1986 Delhi! The Paneer Makhani isn’t sweet, but with a wee bit of spice and I love it. (Portion good for 3). The Dal Makhni is a no-brainer, and it’s become a fixation of sorts. (Portion good for 3). We also had their Tandoori Bhoona Aloo which fried potato roundels smoked in a Tandoor and drenched in Imli ki Meethi chutney.
And oh, we also ordered a plain Chaas, that was absolute madness!
They had the Masala Chass but were kind enough to whip a fresh batch for us. No sourness, very creamy, but pricey at ₹160 each.
Good stuff, good stuff!
