Carry your curry is the fine dine restaurant which serves the authentic राजस्थानी cuisine specifically in non vegetarian and yes this the place must be in checklist for every foodies.
They do have a-la-carte menu but we were here to have their special thali.
Beginning with masala khichiya it was way amazing crisp khichiya topped with sev, onions n tomatoes with pinch of masala and chilli powder perfect start. Recommend for this.
Tried there Mutton Thali, which have Jodhpuri mutton it was cooked so perfectly that the meat get separated from bone easily with goodness of fats slight spicy. Jaipuri mutton with red gravy based cooked perfectly with tarri floating on top. Paya soup act as an palate cleanser, warm broth with hint of turmeric and salt is good. Egg curry was mild spicy with boiled egg which was fried. Roti and rice was good. Highly recommended if you are mutton lover. Cost for ₹480.
Chicken Thali was good with substitute to mutton dishes to chicken one. All are amazing and are on the mark. Cost for ₹380.
Rajwadi Thali is what must have here if you planning for huge feast and can be sharable between 5-6 peoples (depending on the appetite). This dish got two starters, three mutton dishes, three chicken dishes, roti, phulka, rajwadi roti, khichiya, papad, biryani and rice with gulab jamun. Chicken malai Tikka and mutton seekh kebab, malai tikka was way too good tenderize and succulent piece of chicken with hint of cheese and mellow in flavor. Laal maas mutton was spicy, fiery red in color with lots of ghee in it goes best with rajwadi roti. Hariyali Chicken was delicious with slight tangy notes in it. Other dishes were all on the mark. Biryani tasted too good with spicy masala.
Chaas was little bit towards salty side but it was awesome. Cost for ₹3100.
Gulab Jamun was common dessert in the thali prepared with khoya and it was melt in mouth for perfect ending.
Highly recommend for this place.
