TBC Pune has organised the Morsong Fest 2017, happening on Saturday 7th October at Dolphine International School in Old Sanghvi. It’s a celebration of pure Naga pork, and Hau cuisine. On the buffet menu, you’ll find traditional BBQ pork ribs, smoked pork, Hau-spicy pork, pork with bamboo shoots; BBQ chicken, Hau-spicy chicken, congee – porridge style, chicken soup, veg soup and salad, Hau steamed rice, and a rice pudding for dessert. There will be soft drinks and lemonade for refreshment, live music for entertainment, as well as photo booths and games.
