Why Should I Go?
MTDC Tarkali Resort on the heart of the beach will remind you of a beautiful postcard from a faraway land. The resort has two kinds of rooms—A konkani-styled AC bed room {INR 2,400 + taxes} and a bamboo house balcony room {INR 4,000 + taxes}.
The rooms are equipped with television, clean linen and running water. We thought that the food menu is decent. However, it takes 30-40 minutes before you get served.
Tarkali waters are great for sports! MTDC arranges for snorkelling, scuba diving, parasailing and boat rides.
Anything Else?
There is no bar at the resort. Make sure you carry your own beer. If you get bored of the resort food, try out the local cuisine. An authentic Malvani crab curry with bhakri is love!
