Finally, we visited Yeti and the Monk ( located in Khadki)…. Heard a lot about this place. So the expectations level was quite high. Yeti and the Monk is the classic example of "not so fancy place but amazing food place".

The place is small allowing 5-6 tables space only. The ambience and decor are also pretty normal with Tibetan touch.

Now let's talk about food. Food was pretty amazing, delicious and delightful. Details about it :

Darjeeling Steamed momos: We tried the steamed pork momos. The steamed momos were nice, juicy and flavourful. The chutney given was adding extra flavour to it. But being a Northeast Indian, I was expecting juicier.

Spicy thukpa: Thukpa, a Tibetan dish, which is noodles in broth with veggies and all. We tried chicken thukpa. The dish was instragammable. And also delicious. The broth was spicy but (not that spicy as expected, still flavourful). Noodles were well cooked and not overcooked. Also, the chicken and veggies were yummy. Overall a perfect meal one can have.

Chocolate Tart: Chocolate Tart served with Vanilla Ice cream, caramel sauce and sugar comb. All are fresh and home-made.

Overall Experience was amazing. And one visit is not enough for this place. The menu is not that extensive but the options are amazing. So definitely visiting again to try other options. If you are a pork lover, definitely visit this place on weekends as they serve pork chops. (Prior booking is recommended).
