Although I'd say you should give everything on the menu a try, considering each dish put on the menu has been done after a lot of thought put into it, here's what I tried and what I'll recommend should you happen to visit Timo.
The Caramel Hazelnut frappe, nutty and has a lingering caramel taste that hits the soul with the chill refreshing your body.
Tiramisu pancake- this has a honey mascarpone layering with a fig compote and just the right amount of sweet. These fluffy pancakes would sort your breakfast.
If you'd like to go the savoury way, you can go in for the harissa chicken toum waffles. Served with pickled vegetables, these waffles are soft and loaded with flavourful chicken and veggies.
The pizzas out there are made with sourdough bread and also a recommendation to go in for as per your taste.
The fried chicken!!! This was my absolute favourite, crispy outer breading covering the tender chicken, this had a slightly sweet but savoury tinge to it. Served with a peanut sauce, this was an absolute show-stealer.
For the dessert I'd recommend the Tiramisu, the chocolate popsicle and the chocolate ice cream, intensely dark and sinful, this may be a little bit overindulgence, but absolutely worth it.
