What Makes It Awesome

Calling out to all the foodies in town- the 10 Chefs 10 Plates festival at Zeera, Conrad is something you should not miss if you love exploring and experimenting with different cuisines. The concept behind this is that each of the 10 in-house chefs will present their most appreciated dish at the festival. Naturally, you can expect 10 from places such as Greece, Spain, France, Mexico, India, etc.

We tried all the 10 plates and practically loved everything. However, there were some delicacies that particularly caught our attention. The wild mushroom and truffle kulcha by Chef Kamlesh Prasad and the mango chilli ravioli by Chef Sushant Kote are a must-try. Another traditional dish from the festival that we loved was Kataifi, which is a popular Greek pastry made with cheese and served with either a veg or non-veg filling. If a Greek dessert doesn't interest you, go for a delicious red micro cake in strawberry and chocolate flavours.

What's My Pro Tip?

Can't live without meat? Then don't leave the food festival without trying the braised lamb shank with Khow Suey. Although if you are craving for some spicy desi flavours, dig into the Malvani sukka chicken served with thepla tacos.

Anything Else?

The 10 Chefs 10 Plates food festival ends on January 28. Priced at INR 2,000 per person {all inclusive}, don't give this a miss and make sure to share your experience on LBB.
