Fitness Plus+

Fitness Plus+ aims to bring additional value to your fitness journey, through personal training and nutritional support. Their basic gym facilities include a steam and shower area, and they also offer boxing classes and training with tyres, ropes, etc. Group classes for zumba, pilates, and yoga, also happen regularly. Fees: Gym & Cardio at INR 2500/month; Group Classes at INR 1500 for members and INR 2000 for non-members.

Crossfit Chakra

Held at their private indoor-outdoor facility in Lane 5, CrossFit Chakra is all the rage among people trying to get in shape – and with good reason. Build your core strength, muscles, and stamina through   a series of high-intensity workouts designed to strengthen and exercise your whole body. The batches are small, offering personal attention and interaction that you won’t see at a normal gym. We’ve heard really good things about them from friends of ours who are hooked. There are 9 batches per day (Mon – Fri) as well as on the first and third Saturday of every month. In addition to that, Crossfit Chakra also organizes outdoor activities (hikes, treks, etc) on most Saturdays when they’re not at their facility. If you’re curious enough, try one class for free before you make up your mind. Timings: Mon- Fri 9 batches/day + 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month. Fees: INR 3500 for 1 month; INR 9000 for 3 months; INR 18,000 for 6 months, and INR 25,000 for 1 year. For students with a valid ID card: monthly fees are Rs 3000; 3 months for INR 9000, and 1 year for INR 20,000.


Talkwalkars is a full-service fitness gym with steam and shower facilities in addition to workout machinery. They host group classes for kickboxing, zumba, and pranayam yoga; as well as workout batches for abs, stretching, and shoulder exercises. Classes happen on a weekly basis, usually twice a week. Personal training, diet consultancy, and different packages for weight management are also available. Timings: 6am – 10pm from Monday – Saturday, and 8am – 12pm on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month. Fees: On request.

The Feet Circus - Dance & Fitness Studio

Primarily a dance studio {which is also a great form of exercise}, The Feet Circus also offers classes for dance cardio – a mix of dancing, aerobics, and cardio, different dance workouts like zumba, and stretching/flexibility through hatha-yoga. You can opt for either private training or group training, at a one-time charge of INR 350 to for registration. They also teach a self-defense kung-fu class on Saturdayand Sunday from 7pm to 8pm. Other dance classes on the schedule here are belly-dancing, salsa, freestyle, and bollywood. Timings: Every class has it’s own set of timings. Fees: INR 2500/month for thrice a week; INR 2000/month for classes twice a week.
