Coming from the creative minds behind Elephant & Co. and Cobbler & Crew, Juju Bar is the first of its kind. In the by-lanes of Kalyani Nagar, the brand-new spot welcomes you with its relaxed and easygoing vibes for a memorable night in town. Outfitted with high chairs, large paper lamps hanging from the tall ceiling, and a green accent bar that lights up the mood, the cosy and quirky spot has a lot going for it. The most important of it being the first and only tequila bar the city has ever seen.
Masterfully curated cocktail menu by head mixologist Rahul Kamath, the ingredient-forward cocktail menu offers several delightful concoctions. Like the Paloma 4.0, a heady mix of Tequila Reposado, grapefruit cordial, watermelons and acids. It is potent yet goes down quite smoothly. The Jamaica, made with Tequila Blanco, hibiscus habanero, fresh orange, and grapefruit juice, is also worth sipping. If you want to go classic, try the Margarita El Pastor made with Jose Blanco, Cointreau and lime juice with a spicy taco rim.
We love that their short and simple food menu leaves no room for confusion. The Freshly Cut Watermelon, served with pickled mustard seeds and generous sprinkles of Tajin spice, is an absolute must-try. The Classic Guacamole, made with jalapenos, onions, lime, and coriander, served with freshly made corn chips, might be one of the best guac in town. The menu also features Buffalo Chicken Tenders, Baked Queso Potatoes, Lamb Tacos, and much more.
