The best thing I like about exploring is the discovery of hidden gems. On one of my walks, I stumbled upon this tiny eatery that serves authentic Korean, Japanese and Asian delicacies. 'K' on Baner-Aundh link road is one of the city secrets that the city's foodies must visit.
The place is neat but is hidden among other cafes of Aundh's cafe gully. The decor is simple and there is seating upstairs. I opted for my favourite, the veg Californian seaweed roll with cucumber and carrots. For mains, I went for their signature chicken ramen bowl which was sufficient for two. I loved the poached egg pieces that came with it.
The menu is unlike other restaurants which serve the regular. You will find delicacies like kimchi fried rice, raw tuna bibimbab, tangsu, Japanese curry plates. Their specialty is the soup-noodles. Choose between a huge variety of udong, jajang, gan jajann, ramen, and jampong.
If you are a big gang, I recommend you go for their set menu starting at INR 900, which has multiple dishes (it will be economical). It is meat heaven, where you and your friends can enjoy authentic Korean as well as Japanese meals.
