5455 Interested |

Lane 6 of Koregaon Park has no dearth of good places to eat. Be it a fine dine or exotic street food, vegan dishes to health platters, this lane has it all. We have shortlisted five restaurants which we have tried during our multiple trips to this vibrant lane and these are the places you should look out for:

Momo's Corner

Koregaon Park is where most people head to eat, drink and chill. This time when you walk through the beautiful lanes of KP, you should stop by this eatery. The place is located in lane number 6 of Koregaon Park and is always crowded. Owing to its red fiery chutney, this corner is a must visit for peeps who love their food a little extra spicy. To help you handle the fiery momo chutney, this place also offers cold coffees and ice teas.

The Real Green Cafe

The Real Green Cafe is the best of all worlds - charming quiet place on the bustling roads of Koregaon Park, 100% vegan, absolutely delectable dishes and great value for money.

We ordered the stir-fry veggies and quinoa for INR 300 and a gluten-free barbecue pizza for INR 190, with an abundance of capsicum, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and dairy-free cheese, well-marinated in BBQ sauce. We highly recommend you try their spicy tofu chilly wrap for INR 130 and the mouthwateringly gooey gluten-free chocolate cupcake.

The Asian Box

Find the goodness of Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Burma under one roof at The Asian Box. Go for the authentic Asian food and the courteous service! We totally dig the Spicy Laksa Soup, made out of spicy coconut broth, herbs and noodles. The Banana Leaf Fish for INR 490 is to die for. If you love Indonesian, try the Chicken Rendang Curry (INR 350) and the Sambal Telur (INR 220), made of boiled eggs cooked in an Indonesian sambal. Reasons great enough for you to stop by?

Good music, great food and a comforting ambiance, what else do we look for from a restaurant or a bar? Pune is home to a lot of OG bars and restaurants that have been a crowd favourite for years now. Located in Koregaon Park, Murphies has been a personal favourite but now it's back with a rebooted version that has an all new zing to it.

When you visit Pimlico, you think you are in Alice's wonderland. Nestled in the quiet lanes of Koregaon Park, this place has stunning Insta-worthy decor, which includes floral boards, vintage patio furniture, mirrors and a European tea lounge look. And, it offers fast-food and a cheery vibe. We suggest you try the freak shakes or hot beverages such as the classic hot chocolate, coffees or different types of teas. Try the crusted pizza which had cheddar, jack and mozzarella cheese as well as the super veg burger, which came with a generous portion of fries.

Arthur's Theme

One of the oldest restaurants in Pune, Arthur’s Theme is known for its fine European cuisine, and a cozy ambiance that makes for the perfect setting to enjoy a memorable meal. The menu has an interesting way of showing dishes - they’re all named after people from Europe. Victor of Ghoul, Quixote, Marie Curie, Czar and Napolatino are just some of the hot-sellers on this delicious menu. We highly recommend the delicious grilled fish fillet in pesto sauce (Czar) and the chicken steak (William III). A meal for two at Arthur's Theme will set you back INR 1,300. The restaurant has a fully stocked bar, indoor and outdoor seating. We recommend booking a table before you go.

One of Pune’s most popular breweries, Effingut needs no introduction. Always abuzz with something or the other – be it a live match screening, ladies’ night, karaoke, or a live performance. Standard favourites are their Best Bitter, Kölsch, and Hefeweizen beers. Ask for their seasonal brews, and try something new if you’re feeling experimental. Good grub, good vibes, and good drinks – Effingut is always a good idea. You must try their classic tacos, gunpowder onion rings, crispy chicken bites, and their fresh brews! Meal for two normally costs INR 1200 excluding beer.

Koregaon Park has a very romantic vibe to it and as a result, it has many romantic restaurants. If you are looking to visit some quiet and cozy places with bae, take a look at this.
