Had been to Mosaic for Sunday Brunch. The ambience is super cool. They have ample seating capacity including both indoor and outdoor. They have a beautiful pool outside the restaurant where you can relax and have your food. They also have a live counter outside. I liked their service. The staff are very courteous.
Started with Virgin Mojito which was very fresh and refreshing. In Soup, Prawn Tom Kha was amazing. Prawns enhanced the flavour of the soup.
They had approximately 15+ salads, they also had cut fruits and vegetables. Out of which I liked the Prawns with French Beans salad and Chilli Garlic Mushroom salad. Prawns were very fresh and juicy. Mushrooms were tender and the taste of garlic added extra flavour to it.
In Starters, Paneer Tikka was fabulous as the paneer pieces were very soft and the spices over the paneer pieces were good in taste. I liked the Chicken Tikka too. Chicken pieces were tender and juicy. It was served with onion rings. Lotus stems were properly fried. Season seeds were sprinkled over the top of the dish. It looked attractive. Aloo Tikki was properly cooked. It was crisp outside and soft inside.
At the live counter, I tried Papdi Chaat. Chef Asma had prepared the lip-smacking chaat. The chaat looked colourful from the top.
In Main Course, there were plenty of options. But I liked the Paneer Makhni as the gravy had an excellent taste. It went well with the naan. I also liked the Mushroom. I had a huge expectation from the Mutton but it disappointed me. Even Dal was a bit salty. Moreover, the taste of the Main Course needs to be improved.
In Dessert, I liked the Black Forest Gateaux, Mud Cake a lot. For chocolate lovers, mud cake is a must-try dessert. Red Velvet Pastry looked very appealing but the taste was not up to the expectation. Some desserts need improvement.
Overall, I enjoyed a lot. I would like to recommend this place for its amazing decor.
