What Is It?
How Do I Get There?
Located just outside of Pune in the Bhor district near Bhatghar Dam, the resort is just around 2 hours {60km} away by car. It’s a bit remote, and the roads can get a little rough – so call and ask for directions, or Google-Map it so you won’t get lost.
What Did We Like?
The resort is huge, and ideal for groups or families with kids. If you’re travelling as a couple, check out their single-room cottages and studio rooms, or opt for their larger bungalow-style rooms which would be much more fun with your squad. There are two restaurants on-site; including one regional cuisine pure-veg restaurant, and the other which serves the usual Indian-Chinese-Continental mix of dishes.
Relax and unwind over board games {snakes and ladders, carrom, chess}, or in their pool {they have two – one with water slides}. For the outdoorsy folks, the resort can arrange for treks, hikes, camping, and other adventure activities.
Anything Else?
We hear the view from this resort is amazing, so don’t forget to take loads of photos. The resort allows accommodation strictly on a reservation-only basis, so you have to make a booking before you head there. This is a no-frills resort, but we think it’ll be worth your while.
