INTRODUCTION
This a new cafe at the newly opened mall 93 Avenue. This is a pretty little cafe. The ambience is really cute. It has some high chairs some swings. This cafe is good for girls has it has pinkish color tone and lots of lights in heart shape.
BEVERAGES
Rose Gulkand
Rose Gulkand shake was made from rose syrup and some Gulkand. But I could only taste rose syrup which was way way to sweet to my taste.
Kokam twister
This was kokam syrup mixed with some soda. This was also on a sweeter side. But it was refreshing as it was different from the typical blue citrus mocktail.
FOOD
Momo roll
The roll was made from veg momos and some typical Chinese veggies like cabbage carrot and bell peppers into the filling. The momos also had filling of cabbage which gave a Prominent cabbage taste. It had nice soy sauce taste to it. The momos dint had it's own different taste.
Bbq chicken roll
The roll was made with Grilled chicken coated with nice tangy spicy. The roll had nice filling of bell pepper and onions sauteed. This roll also was not at oily. The chicken was cooked properly and the amount of chicken used in the roll was also good.
Nutella sandwich
The was more like a butter nutella sandwich. The bread was not that fresh I felt. It was simple sandwich with some butter and nutella. More nutella would make it more tasty. Its was average sandwich.
Coleslaw sandwiche
The coleslaw taste was good. The coleslaw had good amount of veggies going into it and a kick from the pepper. But the consistency of the salad was runny more thick coleslaw would make it bettter.
Maggi pizza
They made this pizza in heart shape which really looked appealing. Maggi pizza sounds quiet weird but these are our two favorite things together. Actually this weird combination turned out to be good. The maggi masala taste blended into the pizza which elevated the taste more. This pizza was thin crust pizza but not like a paper thin. The sauce used for the base was bit less more sauce would take the pizza to next level.
Maggi fries
Maggi topped with peri peri fries. The maggi was cooked well with some onions and tomatoes. This was topped with peri peri fries. Suprising the fries was more tasty, fries were crisp and coated with nice chatapata a subtle spice to it.
Schezwan veg Momos
Fried momos coated with schezwan sauce. This sauce was made from ketchup please some Schezwan sauce. The sauce had some tangy and a bit of spice to it. The filling of momos was made from cabbage and some carrots. Overall this was good dish.
Pav bhaji fondue
The presentation of this dish was very good. The pav was cut and pan seared the bhaji was served in nice small pressure cooker. But this was not completely a fondue. It has only some cheese grated on the top of pavbhaji. The pavbhaji was cooked home style but they used tomatoes to much which gave its overpowering tangy taste which killed the pavbhaji taste. Little less tomato taste would make it better.
Misal
Dint expected so good misal in a cafe like this. This was also a home style cooked misal which a nice pulses curry on the side. The farshan used was really of good quality. The only thing which I dint like was the size of cuts of onions they were big and were not sauteed that properly. Also the presentation was good of this dish.
Makhani pasta
Makhani is a rich traditional indian sauce made of tomatoes having a creamy texture and flavour to it. This was a penne pasta made with makhani sauce. This sauce was way to sweet and tangy. Though it had a good creamy taste to it.
VERDICT
This place has beautiful decor and ambience. The food options they have are just amazing for the cafe. The food has a bit of homely taste to it. They need to improve a bit to be up to the mark and they can be really successful. They also have amazing offers running through out the week
They also deliver via zomato and also carter some good food for parties. Do give it a shot if you want to try new cafe place.
