I’ve had been to a few Asian restaurants before and that made me realise that I am not a kind of person who would appreciate Asian cuisines so I always avoided visiting the other restaurants of the same kind. But one day, a friend was praising Baan tao from Hyatt Pune and the very next day, I got an opportunity to visit them and I could not avoid it this time.
The place is an epitome of beauty wth the waterfall in their. They have got both of indoor and outdoor seating. The live kitchen in the outdoor area right in front of the waterfall is another level fancy.
The soup counter is more of a make your own soup. They have got a wide range of ingredients to choose with and they prepare it according to clear. I personally tried clear soup with eggs and broccoli. The dumplings were served in variety of Chicken, mutton and veg. They had extreme thing outer layer with absolute rich flavours. The next we tried was sushi, again with variety of cucumber, salmon and crab. Loved the salmon sushi. There were other options like chicken biryani, som tam salad and a few drinks too.
Loved the ambiance and the authenticity of food.
