Learn the art of calligraphy. Hosted by Aziz Abbas, the goal of the workshop is to teach the basics of Italics & Gothic calligraphy and information of the tools and materials which can be used to advance in this art.
Day 1
- Will start with the introduction to various Calligraphy tools i.e. Pilot Parallel Pens, Steel brushes, calligraphy papers and inks.
- Next will start working with the parallel pens by doing an exercise on how to make the basic strokes.
- Then we will learn how to write the Italics lowercase and uppercase letters.
Day 2
-We will learn how to make words and then create compositions and add flourishing.
- Will learn how to write Gothic lowercase and uppercase letters.
Participants will receive all the materials required for the workshop
