Parsi Bhonu at The Sassy Spoon

In collaboration with Bawi Bride, aka Perzen Patel, The Sassy Spoon is hosting a Parsi Bhonu food pop-up from April 16 – 30. Enjoy much-loved dishes like chicken farcha, patra ni machi, salli chicken and chicken/mutton dhansak; as well as ‘sassy’ new dishes like sali boti jardaloo pie, and lagan nu istoo pot pie. Veggie lovers, worry not – you’ll have options like tatrelo mushroom broccoli patio on khari, guava ni curry, 101 badaam paneer stew and more. Of course, there will be dessert – in the form of the iconic ‘lagan nu custard’, and a few new surprises.
