Here's what we tried:
Multigrain Dosa - The batter prepared with a blend of six grains makes it so healthy. This makes for the perfect breakfast when served with various chutneys and sambar. The loved how light, crisp, and delicious this dosa was.
Earthy Muffin - Three types of mushrooms, balsamic, and peanuts sandwiched in the softest muffin bread ever. If you're a mushroom lover, then you have to give this a try. Highly recommended.
Granola Crunch Bowl - Breakfast bowls have been quite the trend this year. These are a complete meal in itself, wholesome and good to taste. This one had a mango Greek yoghurt with their in-house granola which was crunchy and tasted wonderful with the kiwi fruit.
Powerhouse Waffles - I love savoury waffles, and this one was perfect for me! Fluffy waffles topped with avocado, grilled tomatoes, and loads of cheese sauce. This one is a delight. Make sure you eat it immediately as leaving it standing for too long will make it soggy due to heavy toppings.
Belgian Chocolate Pancakes - Even though these pancakes were eggless, they were super soft and probably the best I've had in the longest time, yet again loaded with toppings so heavy that you can't see the pancakes (LOVE it).
My overall experience at Kalinga was nothing short of amazing. I relished their food, and it's a place that pure vegetarians should NOT miss.
