Science on Tap-Science Behind Dosas

Science on Tap is an initiative that brings together scientists and the common crowd together to talk about scientific inventions over a glass of beer. This time around they are organising a discussion around the science behind dosas. Sounds unique? Come over to the Great State Aleworks  on the 25th of August to enjoy a fun discussion while sipping on some grate craft beer.

Grate State Aleworks is Pune grown brewery that makes some amazing craft beer. They focus on modern and experimental ingredients to make their Ales.
