First Look: Bandra's Most Happening Pub, The Daily, Has Arrived In Pune

Mumbai’s popular pub, The Daily All Day is opening in Pune, at Lane No.7 in Koregaon Park, on March 11 {this Sunday} and as always, we’ve brought you the first look of the place.

Sprawling across 4,000 square feet of outdoor and indoor setting, to host up to 120 people, The Daily Pune, just like its Mumbai counterpart, will be a dynamic space that can easily blend with all kinds of mood; either a party place or the perfect dinner date destination or a quaint cafe for a lazy Sunday brunch.

The interiors of the restaurant feature a luxe monochromatic tone, with beige furniture, gorgeous chandelier and frames hanging from the ceiling, soft yellow lights, glassy walls and potted plants placed at various corners that add certain coziness to the ambience. The bar, on the other hand, covers the centre-space and has an elevated rack that holds the liquor stock. We also hear that they will be making their own kitchen garden for fresh produce and microgreens. Pretty thoughtful, right?

Speaking of food, the cuisine will revolve around the best of European, Asian and Continental delights. Must-try the slow roasted Roma tomatoes with spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil and olives; the spicy chicken slider; wild mushroom fricassee topped with porcini dust and housemate ricotta cheese and a drizzle of truffle oil.

Pair your food with Algonquin, a Daily special molecular cocktail made with rum, almond, pineapple, coriander and hickory wood smoke. If you prefer your drink sweet, we recommend you play safe with the Shimmer Ball, a concoction of gin and cranberry infused in chamomile tea, basil and dates.
