* Kolhapuri: This version is assal kolhapuri in spice level with zatkedar chutney done to the perfect. Recommended to try this.
* Tandoori: Smoky flavour in fillings and proper deep fried serves with spicy tandoori chutney made with some mayo and tandoor powder in it. Recommended to try this
* Mexican: This one is too good. Vada made with some rajma patty, some corns, cheese and salsa add ons. Chutney served along with this little spicy and sour kick on it perhaps from lemon zest which is totally lovable. Highly recommended
Appreciate to the fusion work with cheese (mozzarella and cheddar) in between the vada totally worth. Chutney was done to the average with fresh coriander. Can give shot to this one
What makes them really interesting is the vada they make is not made up of potatoes but some substitute respect to the flavour. Pav is soft and fresh the actual taste of ladi pav we called it. Variation of chutney is the trick which makes it more interesting.
I have been told that they do have some more fusion work like chocolate, which I certainly looking to tasting them forward.
