I was here a day prior to Valentine's day and I could actually feel the love in the air. The restaurant has three sections a lounge, a Revolving restaurant (the main attraction) and then the rooftop. The Lounge has a groovy vibe suitable for parties. The Revolving restaurant on the other hand has a very sophisticated feel to it because of the decor and wooden flooring. As the name suggests this floor actually revolves allowing a literal 360° dinner experience. Unfortunately when we visited that floor was under maintenance. But the view is still worth dining there. The rooftop has one of the most breathtaking views of the city which makes it a perfect spot for dates.
We had some really delicious mocktails- The Guava Mary and Black beauty. The Black beauty was a very presentable one and had hints of oranges and mint which was refreshing. The guava mary was very pulpy. Due to the salt on the rim and pepper as a garnish it balanced the sweetness of the fruit. Will recommend this.
In Starters we had Murg Dum kebab and paneer basil chilli. The chilli had cresh basil which enhanced the overall aroma and taste of the paneer and also the stir fried veggies. Murg Dum kebab was actually served in a clay pot with the roti used for giving dum. The chicken inside the pot was cooked to perfection with the marinade and was nicely coated with the cheesey and creamy sauce. Do not miss out on this dish of you are planning to visit.
In the mains we had a bunch of things the normal roti sabji- Chicken Rara and Veg Khasta. Both were equally delicious. We also had the Chicken Burmese Khow Suey. The noodles were served with generous amounts of toppings and the broth was heavenly creamy. And tasted absolutely mind blowing with the noodles. The restaurant also serves a wide variety of Indian breads like laccha paratha, butter kulcha, onion kulcha, etc.
In desserts we tried their specialty the Ferrero Rocher cake which was a combination of a mousse and a cake texture wise. I expected a bit more crunch in the cake because of the name. It tasted amazing. Because of the texture the cake it felt very luxurious in the mouth and ofcourse very chocolatey.
Overall had a very good experience. Will visit soon to experience the Revolving restaurant. A visit recommended!!!
