The best part for me was the hospitality we received right from the entrance till our food got over. Such welcoming staff, explained literally everything, helped us with clicking photographs. Basically, this lovely greetings from the staff made our day even happier. Being a food blogger, when the restaurant staff greets and welcome with such kindness and care, it makes me even happier to work for them.
The name "The Kabab Factory" to "The Great Kabab Factory" has been a journey for them. But this addition of the word GREAT is righteously given and they deserve it.
Coming to the food, first of all, let me highlight the speed which actually matters for each and every one of us. Such quick cooking and quick serving. I could see the person who was serving us the food as he was literally rushing so that he could serve us faster and still he had a wide smile on his face and was working with such ease.
The food prepared at the restaurant is completely marinated and cooked there in the kitchen itself. The speciality of this place is that the food is made with the combination of 87 spices which itself makes them the ultimate legends of kababs. Hats off to the amazing chef for all his culinary talents. And we are so lucky that we could taste the lip-smacking delicacies prepared by the chef.
I can bet you, these are the best Galoutis anyone could have ever tasted. The 87 spices used, the method of cooking and the love poured by the chef makes them awesome!
