The journey of The Zokart started when Shamika decided to follow her love for arts and left her job with an idea of gifting unique items to friends and family. Slowly this hobby business turned into a full-time profession. Zokartis on a mission to empower local artists to pursue their passion in arts. Additionally, they are also trying to make an effort to unite the traditional art of India with trending styles.
Designed for everyone, these gorgeous kicks are basically kolhapuris, slides and slip-ons that have all sorts of patterns painted on them - from prints to paisley designs, mandalas to even kalamkari - their range is pretty cool. What makes it special is that since each piece is handcrafted and painted, it means that each piece is also unique.
