Lai Bhaari - as people say it here in Maharashtra. Another superb creation by Janhvi Darji liked by all and polished off in a jiffy. It was an awesome cake made with rasmalai and the flavour was keeping the texture right and sweetness in place. In spite of being booked for the day she took my order without hesitation {there, she made a friend for life}.
RMC is a highly recommended cake and Jhanvi always matches up to your expectations of booking the cakes barring the time constraints. On multiple times, she has proven her style of baking to be winning hearts and she is fond of shaping up all sorts of designer cakes and cupcakes. The cake was collected by me only and it maintained the same texture despite another three hours of window time before it got totally polished off! It was decorated so brilliantly - that it was actually a treat to my eyes, also all my friends totally liked it. In their words, it just tasted heavenly.
The cake was fresh, moist, super-soft, light and was perfect on the sweetness note. Had a good quantity of rasmalai on the top and between the layers also. It was truly delicious and everyone from my family and friends really liked it. I'm not very much of a cake person, but this cake was absolutely a winner. I had to fight to get that extra bite of the cake and happily devoured it.
