I visited Zeta for the ongoing “Through the Alps”
Food festival and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, food and music. I ordered a three course meal. I had the following -
Starters- Prawn Schnitzel
Main course - Kadaknath Au Vin
Dessert - Sithaphal Au Rhum
For starters I had Prawm Schnitzel, a delicious multigrain Coated Tiger Prawns and fried till crispy soft texture from inside and crispy from outside.. This was very tempting and I must say just two was not enough.. as I craved for more. This paired well with Chef Rohit’s Avocado Thecha (a fusion of maharashtrian thecha and Mashed Avocado) For Main Course I had Kadaknath Au Vin , made from local chicken called as Kadaknath and it was served with delicious risotto made with local AmbeMohar rice. Finally I ended the meal with a sumptuous Dessert called Sithaphal Au Rhum. Great value for money and fresh ingredients used. A complimentary basket of fresh baked bread was served with some dips.
