What Makes It Awesome

Three Kitchens Restaurant & Bar makes sure to feed you every dish possible from their kitchens. This plush multi-cuisine buffet restaurant inside The Ritz-Carlton Pune off airport road is the place to go to if you want to sip and dine like royalty. From January every Sunday, they will be hosting a cozy winter brunch where you will be spoilt for choice.

Plush and opulent, you cannot have enough of the gorgeous interiors and setting. They have plush indoor areas as well as an al fresco which has a gorgeous pond fountain and live grill stations. True to its name, the place literally has three kitchens: Salads and antipasto-continental, the second one being Asian and Indian fare, and the last one is the dessert parlour.

To quench your thirst, opt for fresh juices, saffron lemonades, mocktails or cocktails or wines, sparkle wines or even hard boozes. The salad and antipasto counter has the best of fresh veggie and fruit picks, seafood salads, cheese, cold-cuts, mezze platter and a lot more. We then moved to the Asian counter and hogged satays and Nasi Goreng (an Indonesian delicacy). Both the dishes were to die for. Other than that, they serve a lot of soups, other mains and dumplings.

You can then head to the continental area where you will love the elaborate spread comprising meaty dishes. From pastas, to flatbread pizzas to casseroles and other dishes- the choices are aplenty. You will simply love the 'make your own bruschetta' counter where you can make your own platter of comfort food. What's a culinary journey without Indian food? Choose between royal dishes like biryani, handi wali dal makhani, pulav, dal, kadhi pakoda, gravies and papads. We felt the gravies could have been better but the biryani and dal makhani stole the show.

At the end of the meal, hit the dessert parlour for choicest of sweet treats ranging from in-house ice-creams, cakes, pastries, mousse cups, tarts, pies and a lot more. For those with an Indian palette, we recommend you try the rabdi and jalebis amongst many other traditional desserts. The live music adds to your foodie mood and fun.

The price for the brunch without alcohol comes up to INR 2,500 plus taxes while with alcohol, the price is INR 3,000 plus taxes. We recommend you book the table in advance if you have preferences for seats. Mark your calendars, and head to this gorgeous place with friends and family for a cozy boozy Sunday with great food.
