What Makes It Awesome?

Recently opened next to Jupiter Hospital, Baner, this place has come a long way. This new outlet spread across a 5000 sq feet area is really huge. That itself gives you a dhaba kind of feel.

The interiors are quirky, vibrantly coloured with wall pastels in contrast and some amazing Punjabi wall arts to add to the liveliness of the place. The interiors and entire decor makes up for a lavish Punjabi dhaba.

The seating have at least 5 different kind of areas with regular tables, royal chowkis, swing chairs, chairs made out of drums, hand cart styled tables and the list goes on. Similarly the serving plates are vibrant enough to gel along with the colorful theme. The copper glasses and jugs will give you a Royal yet Desi feel.

Coming to the food, as the name goes the place serves a fusion of Italian and Punjabi food, and both the cuisines individually as well.
We tried several Soups, Vegetarian appetisers, main course items and deserts. Everything was so flavourful and delicious here.

APPETISERS -

Chilled Pineapple and Coconut Soup -🥥🍍
This was a nice try. Mostly like buttermilk with mustard seed tadka and pineapple base. Could be tried in place of mocktails.

Dhania Makai ka Lemonade -🌽🥣
This was a hot soup. Perfectly spiced up with enough hint of Ginger and black pepper flavor.

STARTERS -

Baigan Bharta Bruschetta -🍆🍞
Still can't believe I saw such a fusion concept. Although I liked it as I like Bharta too, I believe many people might not if they hate Baigans! It had 8 bruschettas in a single portion of this dish! Huge serving.

Tandoori Hummus - 🍢🥙
I loved it. Impeccable taste given to the Hummus. It really went perfectly with the garlic naan served alongside instead of pita breads.

Mushroom ki galouti - 🍄
Again, a delicious Indian Starter. 8 pieces of this were totally filling to say the least. The chutney was amazing too.

Jalapeño and Cheese ke samose - 🧀
The filling was good, but the crust could have been crisper.

MAIN COURSE -

Paneer Tikka Lasagne - 🍛
A combo which is gaining quite a popularity in fusion food concepts. However, don't go with the name as it has a Paneer Makhani taste to it and not Tikka based. It's on a sweeter side which didn't go well with me.

Paneer Tikka Cannelloni - 🥗
Again, a Paneer Makhani Gravy based rolled pasta served with garlic naan on the sides instead of Garlic bread slices.

Naanza - 🍕
The naanza was delicious. Definitely worth a try here.

Cottage Cheese Steak - 🧀🍢
This looked pretty different and was a unique fusion concept again. Bhindi do pyaza, makhani gravy, Paneer cutlets arranged with 2 pieces of Naan.

DESSERTS -

Baked Mango Lassi -🍋🥛
Served in small handi shaped dishes, this basically tastes like mango shrikhand, but served warm as it's baked.

Mango Phirni - 🍋🍧
I loved this totally. Plating was so beautiful and taste was next level. Must try at only 110 bucks and serving includes 2 handi type dishes.

Top 🐼 picks -
Pineapple coconut cold soup
Tandoori Hummus
Paneer Tikka Cannelloni/Naanza
Mango Phirni

The place is amazing for family and corporate outings and casual hangout with friends. Enjoy the vibes, the food and the places promises you a good time. The prices are super reasonable and on top of that it has Zomato Gold too.
