Run by Chef Ajay Ahuja {former chef at Theobroma, Mumbai} and Darshan Bhattad, Wild Sugar Patisserie & Cafe in Viman Nagar has exquisite desserts and a scrumptious breakfast menu. So yum, you need to check this out.

As you step in here, you are greeted with a homely vibe. Interesting colourful paintings on the wall, graffiti that celebrates the journey of food from all over the world, warm lights, a fascinating bookshelf, seating both inside and outdoors, wooden tables and a counter that hosts all the goodies they have to offer.

What adds to the flavour of their preparations is that they use fresh fruit, make all their ingredients from scratch and use no preservatives. They have around 30 desserts on their menu and can even make a fresh cake to order pronto in 20 minutes. Last minute birthday cake woes sorted!

Smoothie lovers, this one’s for you- their mix berry smoothie is delectable and refreshing. It isn’t too sweet and is just the right concoction of berries and yogurt. We loved it and hope you do too! If you aren’t looking to go for a smoothie and want to save space for a lot more, the apple mint mojito and classic virgin colada are what you should call for.

Their red velvet cheesecake {yes, with actual cream cheese icing} and triple layer chocolate mousse stole our hearts. They do breakfasts on weekdays {8am to noon} and weekends {7am to noon}. Get eggs your way, fluffy pancakes and stuffed french toasts to make it a meal to remember.

They have WiFi that can be used while you work and eat at the same time. What we loved is that they’re pet-friendly and you don’t have to pine for your four-legged pal sitting back at home.
