There's a new menu which launched across all the Ibis Hotels which is primarily based on the fusion food concept where the modern dishes are tweaked with Indian concept.
Let me give you a brief glimpse of my experience.
Ambience :
Located in Ibis Viman Nagar, this place definitely deserves to be in the bucket list for its amazing food! The place is huge and beautiful. The indoor and outdoor seating, both are wonderfully done. The corporate hotel looks as well as that Fine Dine looks were seamlessly going together.
Food:
We started with Masala Cola and Lemonade which were served with complementary Soya Chips. We were so hungry that we finished everything before the actual meal arrived.
Dosa Quesadilla-
A terrific combo of Mexican and South Indian Cuisine. The dosa served in a shape of quesadilla and filled with loads of cheese and Desi Masala with Ghee Tadka made for a unique combo. I totally loved it and will definitely be going back for this. Priced at only INR 249, this is a steal because the quantity is sufficient enough for a complete meal.
Phulka Tacos with Peri Peri Soya Chunks -
These Tacos were a refreshing try from the usual routine food. Served with a huge portion of fries, the two Tacos were more than filling. The Peri Peri Soya stuffing was spicy and tangy along with sliced tomatoes and carrots. Priced INR 249 only.
Pasta Makhani-
These things didn't quite go well with my taste buds. Somehow the Makhani Gravy didn't complement the Penne Pasta. But served with 2 Garlic Bread, this again was a huge portion priced at only INR 299.
Parle-G Cheesecake -
This was delectable. I could have never thought of such a combination. The crunch of Parle-G and creaminess of Cheescake blended just beautifully together. Definitely worth a try!
Value for Money :
You feel what value does these branded hotels will give to your pocket? Trust me, the new fusion menu is totally worth every penny and the experience Spice It- ibis Pune Viman Nagar offers. 2 people can actually have a meal in around INR 500.
